Meet the Creator: Why I Created The Nourished Life.

Hey there, I’m Alexandra! Welcome to my newest creation, The Nourished Life. I'm beyond excited to share this space with you, where we'll dive into the world of healthy living, fitness, and the joy of living life with intention. I am so excited to share with you the hobbies that fuel my passion for a life of wellness.


I felt it was only right to give you a glimpse into who I am and the passions that make up my world. Between the creativity that flows through me in the kitchen and the underwater wonders discovered through diving, I have an unlimited supply of adventure that runs through me. My favorite part has to be spending it with others.


Living Intentionally

As I navigated through my own wellness journey, I stumbled upon the powerful concept of intentional living. It's not just about going through the motions and being intentional with your word- but actively choosing how you want to shape your life. It's about infusing purpose into your daily actions, finding joy in the little things, and savoring the present moment. To achieve all of this, you need to find what truly fuels your fire!


Why I Chose to Live Intentionally

Nature has a magical way of uplifting the spirit and grounding the soul– the outdoors has a profound impact on our well-being. I've found that by immersing myself in nature, I not only recharge my own batteries but also discover a deeper sense of purpose and clarity. This realization sparked a desire within me to share the wonders of intentional living, wellness, and the magic of nature with a broader audience. The more I created and interacted with people, the more I understood the joy that comes from helping others on their journey to a healthier and more fulfilling life.

Through this blog, I want to embrace a healthy, balanced lifestyle so we can all achieve the most in our lives.
